ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed calling for the records in Crime No.248 of 2014 dated 01.07.2014, on the file of the Respondent, the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies C.I.D., Pattaravakkam Police Station, Chennai and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in this case is completed and final report is also ready and to be filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the investigation has been completed and the final report is ready, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.248 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if it is filed before the concerned Court.
