Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it may be true that the District Collector has complied with the direction issued by this Court and initiated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ proceedings against the 2nd respondent. But however, the Tahsildar is unnecessarily putting spokes in the process.

However, this would not amount to disobedience of the order passed by this Court in the Writ Petition.

Hence, this petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to agitate their grievances in the manner known to law.
