ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to take action against the accused.

2. This court is unable to understand the nature of direction sought for by the petitioner. Admittedly, on the basis of the first information lodged by the wife of the accused, FIR has been registered against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 66, 66-C and 67 of the Information Technology Act read with Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. It is also submitted by the learned Government Advocate that Anticipatory Bail is also granted to the accused by this court.

3. When the investigation has commenced on the basis of the complaint, there cannot be any direction of the present nature. The main grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the accused has neither surrendered nor has been arrested. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Such a grievance cannot be addressed here, especially when Anticipatory Bail has been granted. The petition lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
