ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to produce the body of the detenue, namely, Elakkia, aged 17 years bodily or in person before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner. 2.The detenue along with her mother is present before this Court. The detenue has completed Higher Secondary Course and capable of understanding what is good for her life. The mother of the detenue has no objection to provide assistance to continue the education of the detenue by admitting her in college hostel. The detenue herself said that she wants to pursue her education by staying in hostel and after completion of her education, she will decide about her life. The mother of the detenue has no objection for providing assistance for the education of the detenue.

3.In view of the fact that the detenue is not under illegal detention, no further

consideration is required. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands Disposed of.
