ORDER
The above matter has been posted under the caption "For being mentioned" today at the behest of the learned counsel appearing for the appellants.
2.By an oversight, at Paragraph No.7, the words "... this Court is inclined to fix 25% of liability on the petitioner and 75% of liability on the 4th respondent. As the 4th respondent already deposited 50% of medical expenses, the remaining 25% of medical expenses out of Rs.2,38,500/- is directed to be paid by the 4th respondent to the 1st respondent/claimant within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment." have been added in the Judgment of this Court dated 02.06.2025 and the same has to be deleted.

3.Hence, at Para 7, the words shall be replaced with "... this Court is inclined to fix 25% of liability on the petitioner and 75% of liability on the 4th respondent, as the 4th respondent already deposited 50% of medical expenses. The 4th respondent is directed to deposit 75% of the award amount along with interest @7.5% per annum from the date of petition till the date of deposit, less the amount already deposited, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment. The 1st respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount before the Tribunal by making necessary applications."
Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy. 15-07-2025 mps To 1.The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Vellore.
