ORDER

Vide judgment dated 27.01.2026 passed in Crl.A.No.1915 of 2025, this Court had set aside the impugned order therein and ordered release of the petitioner/appellant on bail, subject to certain conditions. One among such conditions vide paragraph 5(iii) is that the petitioner/appellant shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Trichy Cantonment Police Station, Trichy District, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking relaxation of the aforesaid condition.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the petitioner/appellant has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any default. She further submitted that the investigation is complete and the trial has commenced.

3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 5 (iii) of the judgment dated 27.01.2026.

4. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 5 (iii) of the judgment dated 27.01.2026 passed in Crl.A.No.1915 of 2025 alone stands modified to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 27.01.2026 remain unaltered.
