C.M.P.No.11378 of 2022 in CRP SR.No.42104 of 2022 R.N.MANJULA,J., Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing this petition to dispense with the production of the certified copy, he got the certified copy of the order dated 10.02.2022 on the file of the XIX Assistant Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S.No4365 of 2021 and ready to file it before the Registry.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to file the certified copy before the Registry and get the C.R.P numbered, if it is otherwise in order.

3. Since the certified copy is now obtained, this petition itself has become infructuous. Hence the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
