This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 27of 2024 on the file of Inspector of Police,Kumaratchi Police Station, Cuddalore District.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner committed sexual intercourse with the victim girl who is deaf and dumb thereby she got pregnant. On seeing the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
