This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the the second respondent police to file the charge sheet in respect of Crime No.660 of 2009, pending on his file. 2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the case has been closed by the second respondent under Section 468 Cr.PC on 23.11.2013 itself and a report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruthani to that effect.
