ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5825 of 2026 dated 06.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5825 of 2026 dated 06.03.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the concerned Magistrate.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 25-03-2026 ep To:- 1.The Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.
