Crl.M.P.No.5974 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.135 of 2022 R.PONGIAPPAN, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.A.No.135 of 2022, dated 22.03.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the condition imposed vide order dated 22.03.2022 made in Crl.A.No.135 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station, daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders. Further, the petitioner is directed not to enter the occurrence place without the permission of this Court.
