This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.07.2015 in CSR.No.258 of 2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.258 of 2015 before the respondent.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in 2014 [2] SCC 1.
