ILANTHIRAIYAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.6124 of 2022 IN CRL OP.2280 of 2020 C.GOWTHAM [ PETITIONERS / ACCUSED-A6 ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, S-12, CHITLAPAKKAM POLICE STATION, CHENNAI (CRIME NO.716 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition that the petitioner shall obtain certificate from the Principal of his college that he has been regularly attending without missing a day and produce the same to the concern Magistrate once in a Month until further orders in Crl.OP.2280/2020 order 17.02.

2020 and pass such suitable orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.KARTHEEBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 17.02.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.2280 of 2020 to obtain certificate from the Principal of his college that he has been regularly attending without missing a day and produce the same in the concerned Magistrate once in a month, until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court, while granting bail, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall obtain a certificate from the Principal of his College and produce the same before the concerned Magistrate once in a month, until further orders.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has completed B.E.Mechanical Engineering Decree and also produced his Decree Certificate before the concerned Magistrate, as directed by this Court.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the said condition imposed as against the petitioner is deleted.
