This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4467 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4467 of 2023 dated 02.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
