This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.17 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned earned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the interrogation is pending only because of the non appearance of the petitioner and her sister.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent police to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner and her sister are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.
