2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a case in Crime No.167 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent Police.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
