Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 09.09.2015 to the Registry to that effect.

2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 09.09.2015 to the Registry seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
