Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the Sub Registrar, Mailam Registration Office, the first respondent herein to accept the sale deed of the petitioner for the sale of his properties in Survey No.50/3 to an extent of 0.20 Cents and in Survey No.50/4 to an extent of 0.18 1⁄2 cents Kooteripattu Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuam District without reference to the order of attachment made in I.A.No. 420/2018 in O.S.No.484/2018 on 29.03.2019 on the file of the Learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Villupuram along with the other properties which the petitioner proposes to sell and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
