After hearing the submissions of Mr.Prakash Goklaney, learned counsel for the petitioner, heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and seen the resolution passed by the Society and some of the agreement said to have been signed by the petitioner in the Hitachi document.

2. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
