This petition is filed to bring on record the legal heir of the deceased second respondent and rank her as fifth respondent in the above appeal.

2. Mr.A.Muthukumar, learned counsel appearing for Respondents 1, 3 and 4 did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.552 of 2018 and list the matter for final hearing after two weeks.
