Respondents Civil Revision Petition is as against the G.O.(Pa) No.527/M.A.1/2014 dated 22.12.2014 issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (M.A.1) Department, Secretariat, Chiennai-600 009, the first respondent confirming the order passed by the Commissioner, Udhagamandalam Municipality in UAC.No.8/2000, dated 22.07.2009, the second respondent.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is agreed that the Civil Revision Petition be disposed of in the following terms:- (i) The petitioners will give a revised plan within one month of the receipt of the order copy.

(ii) Whatever is found impermissible and accordingly marked by the Municipality, the same will be removed by the petitioners.

(iii) The petitioners undertake to carry out necessary rectification within two months of the intimation by the concerned authorities.

(iv) Needless to say that if the petitioners fail to do so within the specified time, the Municipality may proceed on its own.

2. The Civil Revision Petition, thus, stands disposed of in terms aforesaid. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
