Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service as Sericulture Worker till the completion of 60 years as per FR 56(i).

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted a copy of G.O.Ms.No.124, Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles and Khadi Department, dated 3.5.2017, extending the age of retirement of workers from 58 to 60 years, which is applicable to the writ petitioners also. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioners are redressed by the respondents through the Government Order cited supra. Accordingly, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and it stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
