CRIME NO.893 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before this Hon`ble II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the order passed in Crl.M.P. No.2574/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2145/2022 order dated 03.03.2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.SUBBIAH, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2574 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2145 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m.

3.
