This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e. cross relaxation massage in the name and style of "White Orchids Unisex Day Spa & Saloon" at No.3/131, Kumarankudil, 4th Main Road, Parthasarathy Nagar, Thoraipakkam, Chennai - 600 097 by passing orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2023 is available and appropriate orders would be passed.

3.In the light of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in the manner known to law. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
