The petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal cases against the orders in C.C.No.90 f 2017 and C.C.No.91 of 2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I @ ML, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.07.2021, it was represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as per the order of this Court dated 30.06.2021, substituted service was taken to the respondent on 03.07.2021 in "Malai Malar" newspaper and affidavit of service was also filed to that effect and thereby, this Court had directed the Registry to print the name of the respondent in the cause list and to post the matter on 02.08.2021.

3. Accordingly, today i.e. 02.08.2021, the name of the respondent is printed in the cause list. However, none appeared for the respondent. 2/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

4. The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit is satisfied. The delay is condoned. Accordingly, the petitions are ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal cases in Crl.A.SR.No.12895 and 12897 of 2020, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
