O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the fair and decreetal order dated 02.03.2015 made in Tr.O.P.No.171 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur.

2. The said Transfer O.P.No.171 of 2013 is filed on the ground that the other side counsel is misleading the Court. The learned Principal District Judge found that the said ground is not sufficient to exercise the power under Section 24 of CPC and dismissed the said transfer petition.

3. I do not find any reason to interfere with the finding of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition fails and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
