ORDER

[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue viz., Ilakkiya @ Sharif Beevi, aged 27 years sought production of his wife.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. The detenue has been produced by the second respondent. She informs that though she had some relationship with the petitioner, she did not wish to continue the same and hence, she returned to her parental home on her own volition. 4. Recording such position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
