The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.5228 of 2020 dated 23.08.2021.

2. Today when this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents have filed W.A.No.147 of 2023 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and secured an interim order.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to file a fresh contempt petition, in case writ appeal is dismissed.
