[ RESPONDENTS ] Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 5th respondent dt 11.11.2014 in his Na. Ka. No. 79/14 and the order dt 17.11.2014 in his Na. Ka. No. 79/14 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner from 12.9.2012 and to pay all benefits.
