ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Zakkir Hussain, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and dispose of his representation dated 06.03.2016 for inclusion of the petitioner's route in the next State Agreement to be made between Puducherry and Tamil Nadu. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Though the learned Government Advocate points out that there are several legal issues in the matter, considering the innocuous relief sought for by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the petitioner's entitlement and it is solely within the realm of the 2nd respondent to take a decision in accordance with law.
