Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 14.08.2013 passed by the respondent in proceedings No.TU/R/2013/6899 placing the petitioner under suspension and also the order dated 06.09.2013 of the respondent in proceedings No.TU/R/Inquiry Com/20137054 calling him to appear before Inquiry Committee, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate him with continuity of service, arrears and all other consequential benefits and to proceed with the disciplinary action afresh in accordance with law and procedures and the principles of natural justice regarding the conduct of domestic enquiry by gibing him fair and reasonable opportunity, award costs. ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 26.10.2015 to the Registry to that effect.

2. In view of the submission of the letter dated 26.10.2015 to the Registry, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
