ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested for the alleged offence under Sections 174(3) Cr.P.C. altered into Sections 498(A), 302, 506 (i) of IPC in Crime No.69 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein was arrested on 28.01.2022 in connection with the death of his wife, which was initially suspected as suicide, but later found to be murder case by the petitioner herein due to domestic quarrel.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner herein after committing the murder of his wife, had screened the evidence and hanged his wife and pretended as if his wife has committed suicide. The post-mortem report indicates that the deceased has sustained internal injuries. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the nature of the case and the conduct of the petitioner herein, who has executed his capacity to screen the evidence to escape from the clutches of law, this Court is of the view that if the petitioner is released on bail, he may tamper the witnesses and screen the evidence. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
