O R D E R

Challenging the fair and final order passed in I.A.No.741 of 2014 in O.S.No.81 of 2014 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Sankari, the plaintiff has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No.81 of 2014 for specific performance.

3.The trial Court decreed the suit granting one month time to pay the balance Sale Consideration and get the Sale Deed executed in favour of the plaintiff. Thereafter, the plaintiff filed an application in I.A.No.741 of 2014 seeking for extension of time to deposit the balance Sale Consideration by two months. Since the trial Court dismissed the application, the plaintiff has filed the above Civil Revision Petition.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.N.VijayaBaskar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the parties had settled the matter out of Court and also entered into a Compromise Deed dated 02.03.2016. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the respondent/defendant had agreed to execute the Sale Deed in favour of the plaintiff.

5.Mr.S.Periyasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent also submitted that the respondent is willing to execute the Sale Deed in favour of the petitioner.

6.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I do not find any reason to keep the Civil Revision Petition pending. In these circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Index : No 19.10.2016 Internet : Yes va To The Subordinate Judge, Sankari.
