2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the proposed parties are impleaded as respondents 7 and 8 in W.P.No.9558 of 2021.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the cause title and post W.P.No.9558 of 2021 on 06.07.2021.
