This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18194 of in Crl.O.P.No.20068 of 2024 on 17.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18194 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20068 of 2024 on 17.11.2023 regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions on either side, this court modifies the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18194 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20068 of 2024 on 17.11.2023 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month for a period of three (3) months.
