This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the entire records in respect of Crime No.41/2013 on the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ranipet, Vellore District and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submits that investigation in Crime No.41 of 2015 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Wallajapet in PRC.No.3 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 376, 294(b), 323, 506(i) IPC.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
