(In WMP.11282/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.S.JAGADEESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SILAMBANAN, SENIOR COUNSEL for M/S.KAAVYA SILAMBANAN, ADVOCATE for the Respondents 2 to 9, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This petition is filed by one of the writ petitioners seeking permission to withdraw herself from W.M.P.No.34361 of 2019 in W.P.No.4834 of 2016 and also from the writ petition in W.P.No.4834 of 2016.
2. Being one of the petitioners in the writ petition, this petitioner wants to withdraw the case for which there cannot be any objection.
3. In such view of the matter, this petition stands ordered as prayed for.
