The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent culminating in his order purporting to reject the petitioner's Application in Registration No.TN-7201812201070, dated 20.12.2018 claiming legal heir certificate in respect of her deceased mother Vijayalakshmi, quash the same and direct the first respondent to issue a fresh legal heir certificate of deceased Vijayalakshmi, after conducting a fresh enquiry in the manner known to law on the petitioner's application registered as Registration No.TN7201812201070, dated 20.12.2018, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

petitioner that during the pendancy of this writ petition, legal heir certificate was issued in favour of the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
