Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to impugned List Annexure-I dated 17.02.2016, which furnished/supplied by the 6th

respondent under RTI Act, 2005 vide Form-D No.933/KVK/KKL/201516/523 dated 08.04.2016 containing the accommodation/absorption/appointment of various posts such as Sub-Inspector of Fisheries, Junior Farm Manager, Field Man, Demonstration Assistants, Mazdoors, MTS(HK) and Cleaner and quash the same with regard to accommodation/absorption/appointment of the respondent Nos.7 to 9 for the post of ''Demonstration Assistant'' alone as highly arbitrary, illegal, unlawful, unreasonable, unconstitutional and contrary to Seniority List and consequently, direct the respondents Nos.1 to 6 to accommodate/absorb/appoint the petitioner for the post of ''Demonstration Assistant'' with all monetary and non-monetary benefits by strictly following the Seniority List.
