DURAISWAMY,J., Rj COMMON ORDER It was represented before this court on 7.11.2013 that the sole respondent had died and further it was represented that the sole respondent-tenant had also vacated the premises. Even after a lapse of two years, the petitioner has not taken any steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased respondent-tenant. In these circumstances, the civil revision petitions are dismissed as abated. No costs.
