This petition has been filed to implead the proposed 6 and 7 respondents as legal heirs of the deceased third respondent as respondents 6 and 7 in Civil Revision Petition No.3051 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 have no objection in allowing this impleading petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and averments made in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this petition is ordered.

4. Post the Civil Revision Petition for final hearing on 27.04.2022.
