Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certioirarifed Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents relating to their proceedings resulting in the issue of the impugned final order notice 10/11-12/1259 dated 27.05.2011 in respect of Shop No.B27 at premises bearing door No.149, Monteith Road, Egmore, Chennai-8 with retrospective effect from 2/2001-2002 and to quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents from recovering or causing to recover the alleged difference in arrears of property tax between the existing Half yearly Property tax and the enhanced Half yearly property tax in pursuant to the impugned final order dated 27.05.2011 issued by the respondents in respect of the above property.
