J.,] Mr.J.Baranidharan, learned counsel for SHRC is before this Court but there is no representation for writ petitioner either in the physical Court or on 'Videoconferencing' {'VC'} platform. To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing, which is a daily / routine / regular feature in this Court.

2. With the intention of giving an opportunity to writ petitioner and learned counsel for writ petitioner, list this matter tomorrow but under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'. List on 11.12.2024.'

2. Today, the captioned matter is listed under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' but the position is no different. In other words, there is no representation for the writ petitioner today also. Mr.J.Chandran Sundar Sashikumar submits that writ petition has become infractuous and worked itself out as orders have since been passed by SHRC but we refrain from going into that as the writ petitioner has not chosen to come before this Court in spite of the matter being listed under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'.
