This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m., until further orders imposed by this Court dated 09.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28730 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e.,first week of every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months.
