The petitioners have come forward with this petition challenging the ad-interim injunction granted on 18.08.2015 on the file of the First Additional District Munsif Court, Salem in I.A.No.939 of 2015 in O.S.No.698 of 2015 without giving notice to the petitioners/respondents.

cse 2.At the time of admission, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners has fairly conceded that the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.939 of 2015 in O.S.No.698 of 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court after hearing the both sides on merits. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, the Presiding Officer, First Additional District Munsif Court, Salem is directed to dispose of the petition in I.A.No.939 of 2015 in O.S.No.698 of 2015 in accordance with law, after giving fair opportunity to both sides within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
