This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.4 in Crl.O.P.No.5884 of 2024 on 12.03.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) as nonrefundable deposit to the credit of Cr.No.539 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate and on such deposit a receipt of such payment shall be produced before the concerned Magistrate at the time of executing the sureties. All other conditions remain unaltered.
