This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3356 of in Crl.O.P.No.29116 of 2023 on 04.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3356 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29116 of 2023 on 04.03.2024 regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions on either side, this court modifies the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3356 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29116 of 2023 on 04.03.2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week for a period of three months.
