Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to dispose of petitioner appeal dated 16.9.2021 and also to direct the third respondent to draw and disburse petitioner salary for the period of 10 months during 2020-21 with all attendant service and monetary benefits as well as T.A. for the period of petitioner deputation under the fourth respondent till date within a short date that may be fixed by this Court.

first respondent and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in sofar as the first limb of the prayer. In sofar as the second limb of the prayer, seeking disbursement of salary for the period of 10 months during 2020-21 with all attendant service and monetary benefits as well as T.A. for the period petitioner served on deputation under the fourth respondent, the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authority concerned.

2. In view of the final order passed in the appeal filed by the petitioner, the writ petition seeking direction to dispose of the appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. In sofar as the other limb of prayer, writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to approach the authority concerned. No costs.
