COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during pendency of these petitions, the investigation has been completed and the final report is also filed by the investigation agency. The Special Court, CBCID Egmore has taken cognizance of the final report in C.C.No.266 of 2025 and summons were also issued to the petitioners and they appeared on summons and there is no apprehension of arrest.

2.In view of the above submissions, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
