ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(II) of IPC in Crime No.129 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein was alleged to have attacked the de facto complainant with wooden log and caused fracture in the left ulna. The discharge slip issued by the Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital, Puducherry indicates that, after SS wiring for fixation of the fractured bone, the petitioner was discharged from hospital on 18.04.2022, he been in the hospital from 06.04.2022 and got treated as in-patient.

4. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
